Glass Christmas ornament free blown Pterodactyl dinosaur. The term Pterodactyl comes from the Greek meaning winged lizard. The Pterocactyl or Pterodactylus lived in the late Jurassic period c. 150 million years ago. Unlike some of the huge dinosaurs it was relatively small sized, It was a carnivore mainly praying on fish and small animals. Remains of the Pterodactyl were found mostly in Europe and Africa. Our Pterodactyl sports clear wings showing the way the wings were attached to its limbs with brown glitter, has a body of shimmering green glittered and clear blue and white head. Because it is free blown each one is slightly different and yours is actually a limited edition of 1.

The glitter we use is environmentally safe and is the same glitter used in cosmetics. All the molds are proprietary created by our own mold maker.
