Daisy free blown glass Christmas ornament

A free blown glass ornament daisy. The daisy fully glittered in shimmering white and yellow glitter on a clips. The daisy has eight fully separate white petals and a central yellow floret. They are on short green stem over the clips that it attaches to the tree, and can also be attached to other items in the house for a glorious year round display. The daisy symbolizes innocence and purity according to old Celtic legend. In north mythology daisy is the sacred flower of Freya, the goddess of beauty, fertility and love, and daisies are associated with fertility, childbirth and new starts.  So realistic. Because it is free blown each one is slightly different and yours is a limited edition of 1.

The daPolonia glass Christmas ornaments are designed and made in Mia’s studio in Krakow Poland. Steeped in centuries old traditions of glass ornaments making, drawing on the love of art and history, the ornament continues an old tradition of uncompromising quality and artistry.

The ornaments are fully made by Mia, and 100% hand made in the old fashion way. Starting with hand blown shapes and balls, hand silvering, coating with the base coat, and hand painting and glittering. The glitter we use is environmentally safe and is the same glitter used in cosmetics.  All the molds are proprietary created by our own mold maker.
