On the ground level of the nativity under an elaborately ornate entrance the Holy Family is surrounded by the Three kings bearing gifts, watched over by two knights with long golden spears in. On the obalcony on the second floor is the legendary Lajkonik a half man half horse figure that has saved Krakow from the invading Tatar army in the 13th c. The nativity ends with three church towers, the side ones are gold domed and carry the Polish flag, the middle is the famous crowned steeple of the St. Mary Basilica.
