J. Peterman’s valliant cowboy glass ornament

The legendary South West Cowboy as rendered by the equallt legendary cult old J. Peterman catalog. This adorable cowboy glass Christmas ornament was done based on the cowboy’s image of the original J. Peterman catalog, which featured a horse mounted cowboy by a walking cowboy in long flowing coat. The pieces offered here are the last remaining ornaments done for the original catalog.
The adorable cowbow is dressed in traditional cowboy clothing. A cowboy hat on his head upturned on his right side with brownish gold glitter band. A red kercheif around his neck and light sky blue shirt. Blue jeans trousers with a shiny black belt with gold buckle, and black boots. On top of these the cowboy is wearing a long flowing in the air coat, it has long line of golden brown glitter buttons running all the way down, an uptruned collar and gun flaps held in place by glitter buttons and accentuated with glitter, both in the front and back of the coat. The coowboy’s hands are at his back and he is holding areddish brown lasso in his right hand behind his back, ready to sprint it on a coming cow that strayed away. The lower rim of the coat is also lined in glitter.

Starting with hand blown shapes and balls, hand silvering, coating with the base coat, and hand painting and glittering. The glitter we use is environmentally safe and is the same glitter used in cosmetics. All the molds are proprietary created by our own mold maker.
